Miscellaneous: There is an awesome travel book titled "Everything You Need To Know Grand Bahama Island". You can find it on amazon.com & barnesandnoble.com. It is packed with photographs, great independent information, & GB contacts. Amazon.com has a good description of it with sample pages. This book is the key to amaizing Grand Bahama Vacations. If you want to be in know for your vacation on GB. You definitely should get a copy.

Luggage and bags: Travel light. Who wants to lug around a lot of bags in the heat?
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Bring comfortable shoes, warm weather clothes and a light jacket. I'd also bring an umbrella as they fo have showers. Not being far from Florida (about 50 mi. from W. Palm Beach), they tend to get the same weather as south Florida.
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Sunscreen/block is the most important
Miscellaneous: Don't forget your swimwear!

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Swim suit and casual clothes. Dress for warm weather.
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Lots of sun screen and aloe get (for when you don't apply the sunscreen as often as you should like we did)---and lots of ibuprofen for the pain of the sunburn!
Photo Equipment: Disposable underwater camera will be fine in the area in front of the reef. Beyond that, you'll need a flash to correct color shift.
