After we ate dinner at the Dockside Grille, we went into the small shop that adjoined it. I was looked for a CD with the song "If you Can't Find Your Friends In Nassau, They're In Freeport Or They're In Jail". There were some CDs there, even some Bahamian type songs, but not that one.
(Incidentally if anyone finds this song PLEASE let me know - I really want to have a CD with it and/or other songs by that artist.)
What to buy: If what you want isn't here, you'll have to take a bus or taxi (very expensive) into town.
I didn't buy anything here, but I did have a long conversation with the lady behind the counter which was very interesting. She explained to us how Bahamians buy big ticket items like furniture by going to the US - even with paying for their trip and the import taxes and shipping, it is still cheaper than buying in the Bahamas.
