For the young at heart that don't mind a crowded place with loud contemporary music blaring and people trying to karaoke. Small dance floor, enjoyed this place immensely even though the age group was younger. A good place to let your hair down and dance & sing the night away.
Favorite Dish: Ordered several appetizers. The grouper was delicious, the nachos so-so, fried conch was good as were the thin fried potatoes.
The food was super tasty, as a picky traveller, i was super happy to have found this place!!
the staff was incredibly fun and helpfull!1
thanks so much for making our trip memorable , a big hug to "GUS",

Favorite Dish: rolled enchladas
Normally I hate "popular" bars, but this was actually pretty nice. The again, it was only 11am. Not crowded, very nice staff, drinks weren't too strong nor too light, I felt prices were reasonable, and all around good atmosphere.
Favorite Dish: Pina Colada
We loved this restaurant. It is located right on wharf near the strawmarket for easy access for shoppers and the cruisers. You must visit this restaurant, especially if you enjoy mexican food and lots to drink...
Favorite Dish: All the food is good and smells great. I mainly went for the chips and salsa and the marguaritas..
We came in here mostly because everyone says you should. But our stay wasn't very long. It was far too loud and full of the rowdy drunks. To me, I found it better to go back to the boat where the food was free and the drinks could travel to our balcony.
So yes. Stop in if you feel you must experience it. Things are touristy for a reason after all. But I recommend giving this place a miss.
Senor Frog's is one of those fun, trendy restaurants that you find in many parts of the Caribbean. The Senor Frog's in Nassau is very popular with tourists of all ages and you may have to wait in line to get in. They have a perfect location directly on the waterfront where you can sit on an open-air deck with a full view of the beautiful aquamarine water and the Nassau Harbor.
The non-stop music and activity go on from 11:00 a.m to 2:00 a.m.!! You can get almost any tropical drink or Mexican beer you like, probably a "Kalik" beer too no doubt. I really like their selection of food which although you might call Americanized somewhat, is just what appeals to me. The menu will please most tastes: nachos, quesadillas, fajitas, wraps, salads, burritos, enchiladas, tacos, etc. Be sure to leave room for dessert. Childrens' menus are also available.
Sure this is a chain restaurant, but it's a nice place to enjoy the views, fun and food!!
NOTE: A cover charge may apply depending on when you arrive! Coupons can sometimes be found near the information desk in Festival Place; in tourist maps or from hawkers on the streets. For example a coupon in a free tourist map offered "Free Nachos with Lunch or Dinner" or 50% off the cover charge!
Favorite Dish: Since we really like Mexican food, most everything on the menu looks great and you really can't beat the view! Very lively and noisy!
Looks for the Senor Frog's gift shop which is open from 10:00 a.m. to midnight.
Senor Frog's is probably the most well known party place in Nassau. It is a Mexican chain restaurant which can be loaded with tourists looking for a good time depending on the time of day.
On one side is the restaurant area with tables and silverware. It was here we ate one night. This area is very beautiful and scenic since overlooks the harbor and you can see ships in the distance. We ate chicken fajitas with rice which was pretty good. They give nice portions for prices which ranges from $12- 25. I would call these dishes more tex-mex rather than authentic Mexican fare.
There is a bar and dance area where they play some good music at times. Here there is music and dancing, conga lines, karaoke, and a party atmosphere. This is a really fun place to stop for a cold drink. Stay away from the Strawberry Daiquiris they were a bit too syrupy sweet for me and my friends taste. There are some cool glow in the dark neon signs hung around the place that are funny to read.
For us this place was hit or miss depending on the time we went. I suspect during spring break the party would last the whole night through.
Nicely located between the Straw Market and Hilton Hotel at the waterfront.
After dinner there is action at the "Yard", where you can play pool and be entertained by the DJ and live music.
WARNING: TOO MUCH FREE DRINKS!
This is a really fun place to stop for a cold drink or lunch. It's quite noisy, with good music and sometimes a fun dj in action. It is located right over the water a stones throw from the area where the cruise ships dock. Great fun to sit and watch the action.
Favorite Dish: Loved the Senor Frogs Margurita. Nice and big and very sour. Mmmm! Great wings also.
