Murrays Delicatessen: Pastrami on Rye in the Bahamas

Murrays is equivalent to a cross of a 50s diner and Ben's Kosher Deli (straight out of NYC). They have cresent shaped pleather bucket booths and typical smallish square and round tables.

Murrays serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We stopped by Murrays for at least one breakfast, I think two lunches and one dinner. For breakfast, the lines can be long if you arrive during 10 to 11 am. So come earlier for breakfast or later for brunch. We had typical breakfast items; eggs, bagels and a good ol' cup of joe.

Lunch was quick no lines and dinner was fine as well. I don't think we made reservations. Pastrami on rye and corned beef sandwiches for dinner are always yummy!

Favorite Dish: Visit Murrays for a yummy taste of deli style food.

Murrays Delicatessen: Huge sandwiches

Murray's delicatessen is a traditional New York style deli on the marina. The 1950s decor sets the mood for hearty meals. Menu features are matzoh ball soup, hot pastrami and corned beef sandwiches, brisket abnd chicken in the pot. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Favorite Dish: The Rueben sandwich is too big to stuff in your mouth. My wife and I split a full sandwich several times because they were too big. It was a great way to save money too!
