The Powerboat Adventure is among the best tourist activities on the island. The custom built 1000 hp offshore powerboats glide across the water at over 40 mph to a small island (Allen's Cay) about 50 minutes away. Once there, you can feed the iguanas some grapes and get a few photos. After that, you jump back in the boat and 10 minutes later you're on the private island of Ship Channel Cay. Once there you can feed the stingrays, feed the sharks, feed the local boars and take a snorkel adventure down the channel. Snacks and an awesome lunch is provided all the while an open bar supplies premium liquor and beer. The day starts at 8:30 a.m. and you're not taken back to reality until 4:00 p.m. The all-day trip is well worth the money and the activites offer great picture taking.
My kids' favorite part of the trip. We paid for the swim and got a half hour of feeding, kissing, hugging, the dolphins jumping over our head, and a foot push.
A trip to Atlantis is a must to see the aquariums. They have one of the largest collections of sea life ever.
