The resort was all inclusive, so I ate there everynight. The dinners were fabulous &
always fresh. Usually something that was caught right at the beach.

Favorite Dish: Grouper, lobster, etc. Conch fritters were very good. Also, the last night I had
New Zealand lamb tips with mint jelly. I don't usually eat lamb, but I cleaned my plate
that night.

The resort we stayed at was very small and just had one restaurant but it is all you need!
The hosts Brian & Jennifer, Bill & Susan (last two no longer there) made all the meals with help from local ladies. Just amazing what you can get in the middle of nowhere...

Favorite Dish: Breakfast with french toast, lunch with a turkey sandwich and every evening a great diner. What more does a person needs?

Sometimes the hotels you stay in offer free breakfasts or complimentary dinners for two or two tickets to a local restaurant. Ask your hotel for any specials they know of.
