The resort was all inclusive, so I ate there everynight. The dinners were fabulous &
always fresh. Usually something that was caught right at the beach.

Grouper, lobster, etc. Conch fritters were very good. Also, the last night I had
New Zealand lamb tips with mint jelly. I don't usually eat lamb, but I cleaned my plate
that night.
