    Pices: Elegant and Great Food

This is the best restaurant we have ate at while visiting the island. The food is extremely good, the atmosphere is fantastic and the staff is very polite. Their prices are a little bit higher than the other restaurants but it is worth every penny. You should eat here once while vacationing.

Lucaya - Pisces Seafood House & Pizzeria: Fish and Pizza

    2.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

This restaurant is close to Our Lucaya, and is very popular and crowded. Go early or you will have to wait an hour for a table. This is not a restaurant to take the children to if they are really hungry already. There did not seem to be any organized system for seating people, nor for getting people their food.

Their website says they have take-out during all operating hours which are:
    Lunch 11am to 6pm
    Dinner 6pm to 2:00am
    (Closed Sundays)

So perhaps ordering take-out might be a possibility.

Inside it has stained glass lighting, local shell work, beveled mirrored walls and etched glass windows. Kind of like a tropical Ruby Tuesday in decor. For a picture of the outside see the restaurant tip by Kathy Collins. It's painted turquoise at the moment.

Favorite Dish: Most of the food was either pizza or seafood which I found an odd combination. They also have curries and pasta. I'm pretty sure we got pizza, and our meal cost $28.78.

    Frommers says:
"Pizzas are available anytime and come in 21 different types, including a version with conch, lobster, shrimp, and chicken. Dinners are more elaborate, with a choice of curries (including a version with conch); lobster in cream, wine, and herb sauce; all kinds of fish and shellfish; and several kinds of pasta."

    Their own website says:
SEAFOOD: SPECIALIZING IN TASTY DISHES PREPARED WITH FRESH LOBSTER, FISH SHRIMP, SCALLOPS, CONCH, STONE CRABS, SEAFOOD COMBINATIONS IN FANCY SAUCES OR BROILED TO PERFECTION

PIZZAS: SERVING 21 TASTY THIN CRUST CHOICES OF THE ISLANDS FAVOURITE PIZZA MADE WITH FRESH DOUGH DAILY AND COOKED IN BRICK OVEN FOR THAT SPECIAL HOME MADE TASTE

CURRY POT: SERVING MORE THAN A DOZEN TASTY CURRY SELECTIONS: INCLUDING SUCH FAVOURITES AS BONELESS & SKINLESS CHICKEN, LOBSTER, FISH, VEGETARIAN AND SEAFOOD COMBINATIONS FROM MILD

I don't remember the name of this restaurant, but its in the plaza across from Our Lucaya resort. The resort food at Our Lucaya was VERY expensive, so we ate here a few times instead...good basic stuff like pizza and sandwiches, good jerk chicken.
