Face it, you are a captive audience when on an island. Some prices may be inflated so be careful when shopping. We found that most stores on the island had inflated prices from other islands we had visited. The duty free shopping in the visitors center and Little Switzerland had good pricing.
Unique Suggestions: Know what things cost and don't get suckered into paying more than an item is worth. Liz saw the same dress in Grand Turk for $25 more than what she paid for it in St. Thomas.
