Favorite thing: I've seen sunsets all over the world and honestly some of the best are found here in Provo. Our last trip to Provo in May 2011 found us walking Grace Bay beach many times during sunset. The sunsets simply amaze me; the colors are so bright and vivid ranging from blues to deep reds and yellows. Provo is a romantic place but with such a gorgeous backdrop it elevates it to an indescribable level.

Fondest memory: Liz and I enjoyed walking the beach after dinner each night. Our resort had several cabanas and cozy huts to lounge on cushions and enjoy the evening. We had our favorite spot with a round cushioned couch overlooking the beach. It was a relaxing and romantic way to spend the evening while listening to the waves crash on the beach.

Fondest memory: After our beachside wedding ceremony and dinner we returned to our room to a wonderful surprise. There was a bottle of champagne in an ice bucket with two glasses along with a plate of chocolate covered strawberries. The bed was turned down with a sprinkling of yellow and red rose petals on the bed.
We popped open the champagne and enjoyed sipping some while enjoying the delicious chocolate dipped strawberrries. It was a wonderful touch to end the evening.
We found out later that this was pat of our Weding Moon package with the resort. I was glad we didn't know ahead of time since it added to the fun.

Favorite thing: Ilove seafood so I had to try the conch...it is really good comparable to gooy duc. Also I was told I couldn't bring the conch shells across the border but I managed to bring three home in my luggage
Fondest memory: the beaches, partying at Club Med and Beaches Resort (didn't stay there my friends and I were just guests for the evening)
