Eat@Cane Bay Bar and Grill: Food Uneaten

by grandmaR

It wasn't meal time, but there appeared to be a couple of places to eat around Cane Bay. It was hard to determine their names. According to Trip Adviser, one of them may be called "Waves" and maybe also one of them may be "Off the Wall". One sign that I saw said "Catch the Wave". There is also apparently a restaurant called Boogies. I did not eat here. All I did was take photos

Kim's Restaurant: Seriously Satisfying!

by mpierre16

After our 3.5 hour hike that morning, we were ready and hungry! Our local friend Richard, frequents there and took us for lunch. It was exactly what we wanted, except for NO PLAINTAINS! Very disappointed as this would have set it off to be perfect. My snapper doused in sauce, the way Richard and I like it, was excellent. The rice and peas could have been better to Stevi's liking, but I was very satisfied. The freshness and colour of the salad was a pleasant surprise for me and was exquisite too. The quaintness and service was perfect too. Loved it! (We unfortunately were a little rushed, we had a date with our Buck Island Snorkeling trip Captain Heinz and his son Larry were waiting for us!) Stewed Snapper with rice and peas and sweet potato and salad - THE BEST! Stevi had curry chicken and it was divine as well.

Sunset Grill: Dinner By the Sunset

by ChelleBelle888

Great ambience....we ate dinner on the beach just 10 feet away from the water. With it being on the west side of the island, it is prefect for eating while watching a sunset. Very very peaceful. The almond grouper and coconut mahi were fantastic.

The Lost Dog: PIZZA!

by jenval

The Lost Dog is really a bar in Frederiksted, but they make outstanding pizza - easily the best on the island. They also have calzones and a few other menu options along those lines. Be advised - they only take cash.

Off the Wall... Cane Bay: Best Sunset

by Recncrew

A great little beach bar a little away from it all. Off the wall have the Best Sunsets on the island and ther free Sunset Shoot does not hurt any. Just a friendly little place with great drinks and good food. Some of the best burgers on the island.

Rum Runners: Relax Oceanfront Setting

by psegarra

A very simple place, but if you like to sit in front of the ocean and watch people pass by, this is a good place. They have a live lobster tank with some crabs. Occasionally small crabs pass beneath the tables. At night the deck bar opens. For lunch try the quesadillas, and the fish tacos, dinner menu did'nt impress me. Breakfast served daily

Indies: Fine DIning (3)

by realde14

My third choice for fine dining in St Croix is Indies. Set in a beautiful courtyard full with tropical plants, Indies offers an upscale dining experience with a strong accent on seafood and other island inspired dishes.

Bacchus: Fine Dining (2)

by realde14

Another superb upscale restaurant in Christiansted. Fabolous Steaks and Lobster, and a extensive wine list (If I rmember correctly it has the largest wine selection in St. Croix.iAlso features a cozy bar and pooltable. Lobster

Fort Christian Brew Pub

by frankcanfly

Food and Drink... mostly drink... came here on our first night on the island, and drank for a few hours. Had a grilled chicken sandwich between beers... The truth is, all these waterfront places are basically the same......This is also the island's only Microbrewery!!

Bombay Club

by frankcanfly

You'd think this would be an Indian Restaurant.. but it's not. It's a very nice place with wonderful great dishes...... I had a very good seafood pasta dish from the menu, but the best taste was the escargot appetizer..... smothered in garlic!!
