We celebrated a friend's birthday here and it was great. I came in the night before and told the bartender, Bob, what i wanted to do and he took care of the rest. The entire evening Bob and the other staff took great care of us. The food was excellent as well. I had the lamb chops.

Duffy's is a local legend. The owner turned a parking lot into a drinking spot. No more than 2 walls and a roof, this bar can get pretty crazy. Popular among locals and tourists. Wednesday nights ladies drink free well drinks from 9 til 2am, and Coors lights are 2 dollars. So wednesday night is the bar's most popular night. However, the weekends can get crowded as well. The bartenders have been there for years and are very good, tip them well and they will take care of you. Definitely my favorite bar on the rock.
Oh yeah, they even serve pretty good and inexpensive food here.
Dress Code: No dress code at all.

XO serves wine, champaigne, beer, and has a full bar. The drinks are a little on the expensive end in my opinion. Beers and mixed drinks are over 3 dollars. As far as I know no drink specials or happy hour. XO also serves good reasonably priced food. The cheese board is my favorite appetizer. Live music or dj most nights, and the weekends get pretty crowded.
Air conditioned.
Dress Code: No dressed code, as long as you are dressed.

It's fun to walk around atnight and get great views of the city. Pick a restaurant on a hill and enjoy the wonderful romantic view.
Dress Code: Most restaurants with great views usually require a jacket and dress shoes. Other than that it's fairly casual.

Q: Does anyone know the cost to rent chairs? Are there taxis available to take you back to the cruise ship?
A: Yes there are taxis or you can ask the taxi that takes you to come back and pick you up.
