This place is by the us embassy has a gate hard to see the place intil you're right it front of it. and the food is great and watch what you buy has some great dishes but pricy they charged us 2.00 for can of coke, pica [pizza] was very good 4.00 and the local dishes excellent but they see westerners coming and you have to watch the prices of what you order ate here three times and we won't be eating here again over charged us for the drinks. There's also smoking in the place very smoky the times we were there, very nice but they seen us coming! I wanted to like this place since the food was so good but jsut couldn't deal with the prices they charged us. here's some of the dishes we ate with prices in leks. The Albanian mix food plate 1250 it had dollma (cabbage), Qofte fshatare (grilled meatballs), speca (stuffed tomatoes/peppers), and other albanian foods, Brusketa 70 lek, pene...

the exchange rate was dollar for dollar there, here's some of the prices above average prices but a nice place in the winter to get in out of the cold for a while. Meduim Pizza 400 lek (4.00) banana/chocolate pie 180 cheeseburger with fries and salad 450, chicken with rice 550, omelette 250 panckaes 290, coffe 90, latte 170 as you can see the prices are higher than anywhere else in Tirana but it's American! Brusetta toast with garlic, tomato's and oil, under 200 lekes for a large plate full. Cheese Pizza 400 lekes medium size. The pop is twice the price than the grocery store water is 70 leke a small bottle also twice the price of the grocery, somethings are cheap to eat here others way out of price range for Albania. Warm in the winter cool in the summer nice place to go and jsut warm up and a cold day. Also a place to get american coffe (filter coffee) so that was a plus Ray was...

in the Park by the Fountains Pizza

The restaurant is by the colorful fountains in the park. I don't know the name of the place it has outdoor seating as well the pica (pizza ) was 400 leks (4.00 dollars) good buy and a big bottle of water 200 lek. Everything else was over priced but it's great for pizza! The fountain is very pretty at night when they turn the lights on.

Here's a fast food place that is McDonalds like , the pizza was 400 lekes for an ex-large it was spicy and a little greasy for me, but was good. They had something like a spam wich hamburger I think i took a bite of the grey looking thing and spit it back out it was room temp. and it was something awful, stick with teh pizza and the icecream was good too.

the food is cheap here too the local dish of a pita bread with yogart and french fries 1.20 great buy! bottled water .60 and a coke 1.00 just off the ring road the aqua green bus route. Hey that's Ray standing out in front of the place in the road. He knows he's in trouble standing out there see the look on his face!
