As you are wandering around the town, stop off for a drink at Hoxha's house. Part of the house and its grounds have been turned into cafes and bars. This is a great place to have a drink and watch people pass by during the day, and in the evening it is a great starting point to explore the many bars and clubs in the area.

One of the best ways to spend yout night in Tirane is to head to the Skytower bar for the glittering views of the city. You don't even have to have dinner or a cocktail there, you can simply go to the terrace (for free) and enjoy the tremondouns views.
If you decide to have cocktails: do NOT have the caipirinha - it's truly horrible. Better was the James Bond. But this too was far from memorable.

This place is so perfectly styled, you could think that nothing has changed since the seventies, if the seventies in Albania would have been the same as in capitalist countries. Everytings perfect: the wallpapers, the sofas, the lamps.
Different to many other clubs, this building is not a whole in the earth. It's an old builing with a nice hall, stairways leading you up to the dance floors and a roof-deck for the hot evenings.
Dress Code: Chic - as everywhere in Tirana (at least the women)

Plenty of night clubs - mos of them built during the past 3-5 years.
To mention some, Pravda Lounge (electronic, house underground), Buda Bar(oriental music), Quo Vadis, Canon, Bo Concept, Plan B.
Please check the link below for a photo album on Tirana night life.
Dress Code: As you will see from the pics, there is no real dress code. However Albanians tend to be fashionable and rather dressed up.
