Top Rrethi i Vlores hotels
This photo was taken somewhere in the center of Vlorë. It forbids the access of the city center to horse drawn carts, which is not unusual, but what is surprising is that it forbids also the access to bicycles and cars between 18 and 22 hours (6-10 PM). This is not usual market hours, which would have explained this ban. My wild guess is that it was to allow citizens to stroll in the evening in the city center, as is done in many Balkanic cities.
Our bus stopped us for a while in front of this good looking building, built with a gentle little curve of the front. However, I did not took this photo for its architecture but because, as did many other buildings before 1991, it holds a slogan. Here, it is, on three stories : Organizim, Disiplin, Emulacion. A translation is not needed and I will not comment.
