I stopped in city of Canillo as soon as I saw this picturesque, stone church in my picture. The Romanesque edifice was built at the end of the 11th century. The bell tower in Lombard style contains a 12th century stucco Christ in majesty. Unfortunatelly the tower and church were closed. It's open only for visitors who call in advance (numbers below). But I have seen the remains of a medieval cemetery around the church.
