Hiking and mountain biking are two of the best summer activities in Andorra.

If you have your own equipment, you are a true die-hard. Be advised that some of the down hills (if that's your preference) can be extremely challenging. Full suspension downhill bikes and body protection are strongly advised.

If you are not into the extreme downhill, there are intermediate trails that do the decents also. Or you can ride the cable car back down.

Equipment: Whether you have your own and just need a tune up or a few parts, or if you need to rent bikes and clothes, Viladomat is a relaible place to shop.

The website is only in Spanish and Catalan, but you can find daily rental costs for x-country and downhill bikes, as well as any required accessories.
