Favorite thing: skiing in soldeu is excellent for beginners and intermediates, and there is a couple of tough runs for advanced too. Because the village is compact, you're never too far from the gondolas. As well as this there are numerous runs down to the village from green to black, so everyone can ski down in the evening. skiing in Soldeu is enjoyable and convenient.

Favorite thing: Soldeu is a great place - I've visited both in the busy winter for skiing/boarding and also summer for the quiet tranquil mountain walking etc.
I found a great website - SoldeuOnline.com which is an online guide to everything related to Soldeu - hotels, apartments, nightlife etc. Well worth checking out before visiting this great place in the mountains.
