Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Make sure you pack some very warm clothes - layers are best as it can get hot on the slopes. Comfortable clothing is essential - even at night when I would usually dress up a bit - stick with casual clothing and you will be fine.

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Sunscreen (and not the 80s day glo Adam Ant style stuff - puke!), moisturiser (Decleor Comfort Cream is fab), Deep Heat Rub or a massuese on hand to ease the pain at the end of the day and holiday insurance is most essential!
