It my take a couple of hours to cross the border into France , easpecially in the afternoon and early evening.
Visa problems, health warnings, potential dangerous food, unreliable public transport, corrupt officials.... NONE of it you are supposed to find in Andorra. Its a very safe country !
Think about the weather, we heard nothing about snow only about a storm around the coast of Spain but weather conditions high up do change very quickly.
