Favorite thing: The tavern food is almost sell serviced. Sumptuous buffets where you choose what you want...cold cuts in the shelves, hot food as stated on a blackboard menu. There are also lots of salads in large bottles...sliced cucumbers, sliced potato all vinegratte..
We also saw roast pork, sausages, spreads...

Favorite thing: we took a long bench table indoors - you may dine outdoors...but it was nice also inside...and waitess adorned a german ladenhosen asked for our drink orders. We had some white wine...but the weirdest fact is the Viennese drink their wine mixed with sparkling water....half half...

Favorite thing: In Vienna, this heuriger is like a wine tavern to me.
Herige means new season wine and it is here where you can come and sample their new harvest and production.
Perchtoldsdorf has favourable location (near the thermal areas) and weather conditions, suggestive of a Pannonian climate. So much so that "Perchtoldsdorf" and "wine" have practically become synonymous over the years.
A sprig of fir bush denotes it is open for business.

Favorite thing: We walked here after having a great meal at the heuriger.This is where the town hall - rathaus and monument, church is located. There is also a row of quiant buildings serving as pharmacist etc....
