Für Erwachsene gibt es einen Rundgang der besonderen Art : Zunächst gibt es eine Haubi's Schürze und man geht damit ins Kino, wo ein kurzer Film über die Entstehung des Brotes gezeigt wird. Am Ende des Filmes hebt sich die Leinwand und man betritt eine Backstube, wo man sein eigenes Mohnzopferl / Mohnflesserl machen kann. Ein Mohnzopferl ist ja das einzige Gebäck,das man nicht maschinell fertigen kann, und es erfordert auch etwas Geschick : das kann dann jeder - unter Anleitung eines erfahrenen Bäckers - gleich selbst ausprobieren, sein eigenes Mohnzopferl machen, mit Sesam, Mohn oder Kümmel verzieren, es wird mit einem Namens-Fähnchen versehen und sofort gebacken.
Dann beginnt der Rundgang durch den Museums-gang, der oberhalb der Produktionshalle geführt wird, sodaß man jederzeit bei der tatsächlichen Brot- und Gebäck-produktion zusehen kann.
Die Backzutaten sind ebenfalls ausgestellt und man kann, darf & soll auch kosten davon, verschiedene Brotsorten gibt es auch zum Verkosten und schließlich gibt es ein paar köstliche Versuchungen für die Besucher zum Verkosten in der Konditorei-produktion.
Am Ende des Rundganges machen Sie noch dieselben Schritte die auch jedes bei Haubi's produzierte Gebäckstück machen muß :
Zunächst im "Gärraum" dann im "Frost-Raum" - wo es angenehm kühl ist, zumindest einige Zeit lang, es dann ohnehin in den Ofen, wo man sich aufwärmen kann.

Your tour through the Haubi's museum will start at the cinema, where you will see a short movie about the history of bread and I may proudly say, that movie was made by my brother Bernhard, he is abvideo on VT, not very active, finally someone in the family has to do some real work as well...
After the movie you will understand why you had to take a Haubi's apron at the beginning of the tour : you will make your own Mohnzopferl ( thats the only kind of roll that cannot yet be formed by a machine) and it will be backed while you continue the tour through the Haubi's-museum.
On that tour through the museum you will mostly walk high above the real production-halls, so you are able to watch the backers working there, you will find a display of all used ingredients and will be able and allowed to taste them, as well as different sorts of bread and rolls and some sweet confectionaries as well.
At the end of the tour you will get through a frost-area and through an oven, just like every piece of bread in the real production has to go as well.
And finally you will be able to eat your Mohnzopferl, just search for the flag that you had set on top of it.
