Favorite thing: I rushed into the castle half an hour before they closed the gates.
That way I could just see the marble-room, the library, the museum and everything shown on this VT-page.
If you come in time, you may also see other parts of the castle.
It is certainly worth it !

Favorite thing: There are quite a lot of birds waiting to be part of the falconry-performances.
These birds will mostly sit silently in the niches of the 3rd court and you might pass by them easily, as they are all fixed with a chain.
Be careful anyway !!

Favorite thing: Here on my pic you may see, how high above the Kamptal ( valley of the small river Kamp ) castle Rosenburg was built.
That way it was easy to see most enemies already when approaching the castle.
Today you simply take the road through the mountains to drive up to the castle.
In medieval times they certainly had almost no possibility to climb up the hill.
