    Take a look at the lovely panorama hat you will see in a distance, especially in winter and in spring, when the mountains around Salzburg are still covered with snow.
    When driving through Fûcking in direction of Tarsdorf thaere is a small side-street to the left, about 300 meters behind the end of the village, take that street and you will see this great panorama.
    The mountains that you see there in a distance are south and west of Salzburg and Berchtesgaden.

    The main-road of the village of Fûcking is restricted to vehicles UNDER 4 Tons - so trucks and buses will be not allowed to go through the village and that fact makes a rather quiet living in the village, as I was told by someone of the inhabitants
    ONLY the motorbikes rushing through seem to be a problem every now and then
    What I could see as well in 2006 is that one of the most popular cycling-tracks of the area also goes through Fûcking from Tarsdorf towards HolzoesterSee.

    Outside of this " centre of the village " several groups of houses have just these small signposts but NO extra large signs...

    ...as some of them obviously disappeared now and then into collections of " Fans of strange place-names "

    Fúcking is not far from the Alps. In sunny weather you may see them always in the background in the south.

    If you click to the website given below you will be told that the site can not be found - you see, CENSORSHIP is even working here - but if you paste this into the address line and then replace the *** by the real thing it will work. Dont be afraid - the site is as totally non-pornographic as mine always was but very funny, in particular the video on it!
