This is a very trendy and popular restaurant which is located in the Hotel Muellner on Grinzingerallee. The restaurant is not run by the hotel (although it does provide breakfast for hotel guests)but is leased out and is open for lunch and dinner seven days. It also has a very popular outdoor bar area which is open till very late every night.
Favorite Dish: There are no bargains to be had at d.a.s. hungerberg, but the food is very good for the money. the service can be a bit slow only because the restaurant is always very busy and the staff are run off their feet. Still, they cope as best they can and seem to be very courteous, friendly and efficient

Address: Grinzingerallee 30,
Great atmosphere, service and food. The restaurant has an indoor area which is divided into a number of small rooms which make it very cosy and intimate. The outside area is a lamplit garden which is also very popular.
Favorite Dish: I must confess that I ordered Minestrone and what I was given, to my mind, did not even resemble Ministrone. There was not a canellini bean in sight. It was quite simply a lovely fresh vegetable soup which was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed it immensely. Add Tagliatelle Carbonara and 2 glasses of house red all for 16 euro and I felt it was great value.

Address: In the middle of the main street of the village.
This is a very authentic restaurant, with a lovely atmosphere and friendly, efficient service. I felt very comfortable there even though I was dining alone (sometimes it can be quite the opposite). It is very family friendly and complete with a playhouse for the kids.
Favorite Dish: I chose Bratwurst with chips, sauerkraut and mustard for 6.90 euro and washed it down with a glass of house red for 2.95 euro. Would definitely return.
