To get TO Grunau im Amtal, you need to change trains at Wels and hop on the train at Track 11 which is a regional train. It is usually only 2 cars long and takes 1 hour to reach Grunau.
To get AROUND Grunau, just rent a bike or take a nice walk. It's not a big town but nice to walk through and the surrounding area is great to keep going through.
