Whatever the weather, you can always swim in Spital am Pyhrn. The indoor pool of Panorama Hallenbad is open throughout the whole year. The Panorma Hallenbad has one 30 metre pool. The water temperature varies between 27 and 31 degrees. Besides having qulity time with your kids, it's always important to teach your children to swim! And if you're planning to take a resort or beach vacation this summer where a pool or ocean might be a part of the equation, teaching your kids to swim is serious business. Teaching a child to swim is imperative. The earlier the better, as some swimming lessons can be learned intuitively through parent-infant classes at the earliest of ages.
Have fun and keep fit at the Panorama Hallenbad. Enjoy the water slides and maybe even the aqua aerobics classes. The modern swimming pool is designed so that you can just walk in. The water gradually gets deeper so that if you can't swim or have toddlers you can stay in the shallows. Many fun pools are designed with water side cafe's, this with other facilities include solarium, a spacious sunbathing lawn, table tennis and terrace, so that you can make it a day trip on a rainy day.
And you know what ... swimming with the kids isn't just great fun, but swimming also works your whole body, improving cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strength, endurance, posture, and flexibility all at the same time. Your cardiovascular system in particular benefits because swimming improves your body’s use of oxygen without overworking your heart.
Just by playing around with your kids at the swimming pool makes you become fitter and in due time you are able to swim longer. Your resting heart rate and respiratory rate will be reduced, making blood flow to the heart and lungs more efficient. If you’re looking to lose weight, swimming is just the ticket. On average, a swimmer can burn as many calories in an hour as a runner who runs six miles in one hour. So ... if this isn't enough reason for you to take a dive with your kids? But anyhow, just on the serious tip: being active with your kids is great and rewarding, at least I do think so! Whenever I let my two little sweatheards decide what to to on a rainy day during the summer period, the answer always is SWIMMING!
