During the walk from the bus stop to the entrance of Krimml Waterfalls, after the underpass just below the road, there is a small stream and you will see an interesting small water wheel with two colourful figurines on them (see photo). Also, there are more figurines of cartoon characters on the other side of the path (see photos). Very interesting indeed :)

Once the water reaches the bottom of Krimml Waterfalls, it will flow as a river pass the town of Krimml into the surrounding valley. During the bus journey there, you should be able to see this river flowing next to towns and farmland. Also, the river can be seen clearly at the lower falls, especially the biggest and most impressive falls right at the bottom.

Helpfulness
Most of the people who visited Krimml will go directly to the Krimml Waterfalls. For those of you who have more time to spare, you can consider visiting the small town of Krimml which is located about 10-20 minutes walk from the waterfalls. Due to time constraint, I did not visit Krimml but did manage to pass by this town during my bus journey to the waterfalls.
