The other day trip we recomend is to Salzberg the old city. Just magnificent! We took several return trips. There was a produce market set up that had the best pears and corn on the cobb we had ever had!

We took several day trips to different locations. The autoban makes this easy to accomplish. We recommend:
Day trip to Salzburg.
Day trip to Germany - Neuschwanstein Castle.
Both these trips were tremendously cool! Note - Neuschwanstein Castle we had to embark very early to get a early (2 hour) tour, so with round trip traveling you can see it's not for the weak, but it was woth it. A Must See!

Leg 1 of 2 on our EuroTour'03 started Thursday Aug 14 leaving Dallas and arriving in London. Then connecting to Munich for the night. Taking a train, bus, and taxi to Salzburg the next morning....
Grundlsee is a small lakeside community in Styria. There are not more than 1300 permanent residents. Incredibly beautiful.
