This tip is not about one shop in particular but the various supermakets in the village which stock just about everything you could possibly need. There are five supermarkets in the village the biggest one was next to our hotel called Mpreis. The others are Billa - Spa -Bauernkaserei and Gentrankermarkt - we noticed that some where shut on certain days or didn't open until mid day but there is always one open for your convienience. There are two banks here too as well as many souvenier shops, clothes shops and of course sports shops.
What to buy: The supermarkets have a good selection of fresh fruit and my favourite Bobby Bars especially the ones with banana cream inside they are coated in Salzburg chocolate and covered in crispy cereal chips. The Supermarket is also a good place to stock up on bottled water.
What to pay: Prices are reasonable for most items - the water and fruit were much cheaper than the U.K.

Ellmau is my favourite tyrolean village, situated between the Wilder Kaiser and Hartkaiser mountain ranges. These are very much like the dolomites with their jagged appearance.
