PARKING IN TIROL
Hall in Tirol is located on the old main road, (Innsbruckerstrasse) not the Autobahn, even so, there is still quite a lot of cars and trucks passing through the city centre - Just try crossing the road!
As we arrived by car, we had to find a park. Early morning, there were quite a few street parks which are paid parking. You buy a ticket from the machine for how long you wish to stay, and put it in your car window.
The other option is to park in the Parking station.
• P1 Altstadtgarage
• P2 parking garage "Lower Town"

Hall is well connected by train. The station (bahnhof) is a short 10 to 15 minutes walk from key attractions of the old town and the castle (Burg Hasegg).
Trains to Innsbruck are very frequent, as are trains heading East to Jenbach and Kufstein. Services are provided by ÖBB (the Austrian federal railway) and are clean, comfortable and reliable.
