In the comfortable surroundings of Hotel Traube this elegant restaurant has much to offer. I was told that this was the best restaurant in town and I believe it!
Favorite Dish: Tyrolean favourites where the emphasis is on lamb or venison with elegant salads and braised vegetables. A delicacy of the house: I remember seeing on the menu, but not tasting, Seeteufel (sea devil), a frogfish served with risotto and tomatoes. Recommended by the waiter.
