Favorite thing: St Anton offers plenty of slopes in different "colors". Even if you are a beginner or an expert you will find slopes that you will enjoy. What will make a skiing day even better is to carry with you a map of slopes. Maybe this advise is an "evident" for you but beginners like myself it wasn't. A map helps you to plan your day and the slopes you wanna do.

Skipasses now come in the form of a magnetic strip card, which carries a EUR 4 deposit. When you have finished with your pass, return it and you will receive your deposit back. That way you have enough for a final beer in St Anton.
Fondest memory:
As a non-skier taking the Vallugabahn up to 2811m and enjoying the view was great - it was so quiet up there, the view so clear. Hard to beat.
