With its historical centre stretching back over 700 years, past centuries come alive while walking down Feldkirch's small alleys and arcades.

Fondest memory: Well a looooong time ago I lived there briefly with my ex-partner.... I love the people as they are a real party bunch and have a very active social calendar --- plus, their accent is just sooooo cute (but for most non-understandable)....
All in all the town offers a great variety of arts, music and culture, and is generally one of the YOUNG cities in Austria as there are lots of good universities in the vicinity.
Feldkirch and the county are a real 4-seasons area - and you won't get bored sitting on your bum there!! :D
The Silvreta Nova Skiing area is a rather modest area for beginners to intermediates. The Pistes are rather easy to take. They have mostly chairlifts and cabins.
People are very friendly with a good sense of humor.
Fondest memory: The view from the topmost point with a bright cloudless sky over the hilltops.
There are many of very beutiful mountain - tours in the Alps of Montafon. For example already Ernest Hemingway enjoyed Montafon Alps in his holidays
Fondest memory: many very good restaurants; walking and shopping in the town; biking; Schubertiade - cultural event,..
