Favorite thing: Judenplatz is a quite pretty and very quiet corner of the city - it was Susan's favourite part, and we wished we could spend more time there, maybe to have a drink at one of the Cafes.

In this square is the Holocaust Memorial, dating from the year 2000. Around the base of the memorial is the name of all of the Nazi death camps.

In a strange piece of juxtapositioning, on another building in the square is a plith celebrating the expulsion of the jews from this city in 1421 (it's the black plinth on the building just behind and to the right of the memorial).

Favorite thing: Susan is a big fan of the film 'Escape From Sobibor' (starring a young Rutger Hauer). This is the part of the Holocaust Memorial that records the name of Sobibor.
