It has more than 300 shops and parking for 10 000 vehicles. As you can imagine - shop till you drop :-))))
You can buy everything - food, drink, furniture, clothes, shoes, etc. You can also visit IKEA-Voesendrof. It's also a part of the SCS.
Depends on the shop you go in. Leave a Comment Theme: OtherPhone: +43 1 699 39 69-0Directions: Take from Karlsplatz the Badnerbahn direction Baden and go out at SCS. Be careful to pay a ticket for 2 and not only one zone. It takes appr. 40 min to travel there.Website: www.scs.at

Newsagents' in the underground passages or stands in the streets of Vienna give a great variety of postcards with Vienna landmarks and Vienna books, and cheaper than at museum or palace shops. United Chocolates shops at Stephansplatz 11and Kärntner Straße 29 sell Mozartkugel in boxes and cups for lower prices.

crystal is my passion - but Swarovski is so expensive - so just cross the road and look in the window of an ordinary souvenir shop and you can find the same swarovski crystal at half the price - but there is a catch. The crystals in this shop are either the old models, or the ones with slight defects - though sometimes not noticeable.
Buy a bigger piece cos then you save more - but be very cautious and throughly examine it before paying up. Leave a Comment Theme: GiftsAddress: along Karntner strasse

Looking to spend a lot of cash in just a few hours? This is the place for you, my devoted shoppers. Boutiques full of real fur coats, designer shoes, Christian Dior cosmetics, and Cartier diamond solitaires set in platinum -- all these shops are framed by expensive cafés (like the Café Demel) with well-dressed maitre d's. After walking all around Vienna's main shopping district (funny how you didn't notice how sore your feet are!), try to stop by St. Stephan's Cathedral to donate a schilling or two -- can't hurt your wallet that much after you've spent thousands of schillings on designer eyewear, right? Swarovski is a crystal brand famous world over and it is Austrian, but I found the cystal in Vienna much more expensive than other parts of the world. Swarovski has jewelary, decoration, desk items, frames, and even watches made from glass and crystal. Very tempting to go into the shop and even more tempting to buy something
They often have items on sale - the original prices are exhorbitant
you pay through your teeth Leave a Comment Theme: ArtAddress: Swarovski shops dotted around viennaDirections: one was at Karntnerstrasse

The ultimate in convenience...located all over the city, the Tabak provides easy access to just about everything you need.
We purchased newspapers, post cards, stamps, transportation passes and maps from the Tabak
Depends on what you buy, but for the most part things are relatively inexpensive. Leave a Comment Theme: Gifts
