and what're you know, Russian people were next to us, and we joined them, they were so nice, and we all had great times with them for almost 3 hours!

For a chance to just take in the magic of it all, especially if you happen to be from a place where snow is pretty rare, just explore the streets of your village at night. Vienna has a wonderful collection of great pubs, loaded with atmosphere. Moreover, the Viennese are friendly and easy to meet -- especially if you speak a little German. My favorite pub was the Zwolf Apostle Keller (Cellar of the 12 Apostles).
It is a small pub with a medieval character. You go down a stone staircase to reach the pub -- there is actually a grate to which you can look up to the street above. Leave a Comment Theme: Other
