Cathedral at night

by dr.firas

The Cathedral of Wien is glowing at night, wonderful to spend your night time there, we had the famous wonderful hot Puncsh outside, and we were chatting in Russian language, as we wanted to change the language at night LOLand what're you know, Russian people were next to us, and we joined them, they were so nice, and we all had great times with them for almost 3 hours! The Cathedral itself is wonderful at night, go and buy a candle, and light it and make a wish!

Schtraus

by dr.firas

Austria could be very proud of those genuis musicans it gave for humanity, like Schtraus and Mozart, I thought in the begining I'd see Mozart statue in the Park but I was wrong, it was Schtraus, so I kept singing the Blue Danube melody all the time, and some times Rock me Amadious by Falco!

X-mas

by dr.firas

The X-mas is the best period of visiting Vienna, otherwise you'll miss all this wonderful decorations in the streets, a phenomenon which pushes you to go outside for a walk even in the coldest winter days LOL

Night in the season

by dr.firas

The best season of warmth and wonderful decoration in all the streets is Christmas period, and I resume the christmas itself and also the prepartion of it, so it is one month earlier, be sure to visit Austria in that time, as it is really different!

The Londoner Pub: The best Apres Ski in Kitzbuhel!

by jet-set

"The Londoner" is a eating & drinking place in Kitzbuhel, but between 16:00-19:00 it becomes more than that!At 16:00 is also the time that most ski lifts close and the "Apres Ski" begins. The house band of 2 musicians is "The Short & Curlies" which invites the audience or patrons to participate in the songs with singing and dancing either on the dance floor or on top of your chair! Between songs, the band members invite the patrons to lift their glass to a toast and says...Brrrooosssst!, then the patrons go wild! Also through the course of the night the band asks the audience if anyone is from England? The patrons reply with a cheer! Is there anyone from Italy? Followed by more cheers and followed by more contries & more cheers! I found it interesting to know that so many countries were represented in one pub and the main ingredient was to have fun, sing, dance and interact with each...
