Unless you have learned all traffic rules in Belarus, have an all-risk insurance, it is absolute not
recommendable to go into Belarus by car. The traffic rules are in a few points different from the rules in the western world. It means that you for small offence may loose your driving license. And without driving license it is difficult to leave the country.
The Belarusian people don’t cross the road for red light. Even not for fun. If you be cached by the police it will cost you will be heavily fined.
