For good value and well varied shopping, try the three markets around Gomel, you can buy just about anything at them and they are extremely cheap compared to western europe.

Just about anything from fresh food to clothes to housewares and on and on and on.

Not a lot compared to western europe.

Directions: One is by the main station, another is next to the park and the last one is just out of the centre near the lake at the back of the city.
