Chapel and Family vault of Paskevichy in Gomel This memorial was designed by Y. Charvinski, an architect, in 1870-1889. The chapel has a square plan section with the composition common to five-cupola hipped- room churches of the seventeen century; its essence - an active implementation in the facade of the ceramic plates with ornamentation after artist S. Sadzikov sketches. The family vault has construction of subterranean tunnel chamber with arched roof. The light comes in through the round sky-light in the upper part of the arch. The chapel and family vault have a typical russian-retrospective architecture.
