Peter_P Says: The first tower was inaugurated the 24th of june 1938. It has been build by Louis Lorent and his son , Gaston. With a high of 16,65m , the tower offer a view of the whole area of the Salm.

Peter_P Says: Only 12 rooms in this rustic hotel. Managed by the owner and his family, and not far from all kind of touristic sights in the Ardennes... Good food, a place to put bicycles and a pivate parking.Rooms are standard, nothing special but good enough for our 2 nights.
Peter_P Says: "Val de Wanne"Altitude 470 m and 1200 metres long (longuest in Belgium) All material can be rented. There is a restaurant and a panoramic terrace. The parking is at the top of the facility
Peter_P Says: A bridge over the Baleur, a bridge over the Salm and a Bridge over the Amblève are the origine of the name of Trois-Ponts (a "pont" is a bridge , in french) . To 1860 , Trois-Ponts is only a small village of at least ten houses but it's position at the crossway of the area...
