Along the rover are many
restaurants and terraces
by Pavlik_NL Along the river Meuse are terraces that are strangly enough seperated from the restaurants by a rather busy road. The waiters and waitresses have to regularly sprint to bring you the dishes and drinks you ordered, but ... the setting is just great. The restaurants front entrances are on the upperstreet (that runs away from the Collegial Our Dear Lady. The terraces are - as said on the riverside, one store lower.
Le Roi de Moules served a wonderful vairety on dishes based on clams (mosselen). This rather (Zeeuws) Flandres tradition has found it's way to Wallonia already decades ago. So order a dish here that is in the list of "Moules-menu's" and enjoy the Bourgondian lifestyle again that Belgium is so well-known for. Leave a Comment
