Couques are the typical Dinant honey flavoured biscuits. Dinant's bakers make good use of their fantasy and offer couques in different sizes and shapes, but they are all really hard. I personally found them almost impossible to eat. As a matter of fact, couques were used as throwing weapons in the quarrels with the rival neighbouring town.
