This is surely the best way to view the upper reaches of the Meuse and its breathtaking scenery.

Centrally heated boats.

Go in the COUNTRYSIDE at the discovery of the most interesting farms of this area, they are mainly classified by the ministry of Monuments for their architectural wealth (Fermes en carré).

This the farm SCLEF in MEUX - LA BRUYERE (Province of Namur - 10 KM far away)

Between Tienen (Tirlemont) and Namen (Namur) there was a railroad connection. Now these days the old railroad is used as bikeway and hiking path.

So last sunday (19 mai), we went out for a ride as the weather was still very nice.

South of Dinant you'll find a little town called Anseremme and nearby you have Freyr with a lot of climbing possibilities.

Other places with climbing possibilities are Durbuy, Sy, Marche, ...

The '7 Meuses' in Rivière. The Meuse is one of the two rivers that are going through Namur. On your way to Dinant, there is a village called Rivière (River) where you can see the Meuse surfing through the landscape. In fact you'll see here 7 Meuses as the river is going through the hills. You can reach the top of the hill by walking on small path trough the forest and rocks.

There also a camping at this point, with a vue on the Meuse
