Interactive museum for kids with Suske & Wiske (Bob & Bobbette in French - Spike & Suzy in English) as the leading characters. In fact Suske & Wiske were created in this house by Willy Van der Steen, the famous comics draughtsman.
It's not a traditional museum in which you just walk around. NO, it's an active and creative museum for the young visitors: they play a computer game, the usual tour is replaced by a search, and there's a workshop where the children make their own strip album.

Other typical trees in the reserve are the pines. At some time in the past, the pinewood was planted to grow wood for the mining industry.
