    The Kempen Forests
    The forests between Turnhout and over into the Netherlands provide excellent bike tour or pedal cart opportunities.
    With way marked routes on concrete pathways a meter Wide for all year round use.
    There are plenty of bars for refreshment or you stop by the
    Canal and watch the boats chug by.
    If you are lucky as we were you might spot a red squirrel in the
    Trees.

    Dirty creek...


    That the people do not always understand that nature is priceless, you can see on the lots of litter in the bushes. Also this creek doesn’t look that nice anymore, but if you need an umbrella...

    One of the nicest objects for me is this true scale copy of the glass dome of the Turnhout station, which was destroyed in World War 2...

    A very strong water jet is not only nice for the eye, it help also for enough oxygen for the fish. During the summer months, lots of fishing competitions are holding here...

    A 2 hectares lake in the park...


    The park offers also a 2 hectares lake where it is nice for a break, watching to the ducks and relaxes in the very nice nature...
