We went here for second daughters birthday this last weekend and I have to say that we were distincly dissapointed and I will explain why...

On arrival despite booking via thier website 3 weeks ago and recieving a confirmation e-mail the door staff proceeded to deny any knowledge of my booking..I pointed out that I could use Add's phone to access the internet and my e-mail and then they grudgingly moved us to a 4 person table way out at the back...so service not good and not American!

The place was packed ....literally packed and yet there seemed to be only 4 waitresses on duty and none of them had a shirt or any identifying features thet they were working there...we waited ages for a drink and then ages for the starters to arrive...then another age before the mains arrived with no offer of a second drink ( to be paid for by the way as this is NOT America and you dont get free water or free coffee refills anywhere I assure you).

When the mains arrived 3 out of 4 of us were not impressed at all..especailly at those prices....they have obviously never even seen an American serving on TV even...Add had 5 prawns in some sauce on his plate and I had a miniscule steak with some lukewarm overcooked gren beans, daughter had what was supposed to be a chicken wrap but it was solid and covered in hard melted cheese and the rice was dry...very dry...plus the chicken was evidently eviscerated meat and done ver badly with bits of veins and bone still in it...the only person happy was daughters boyfriend with his bacon burger and fries....but these were not proper American fries these were big old ordinary Vlaamse frites so not very American AT ALL!

So despite the fact thet we had hardly anything to eat we decided not to wait for a dessert and paid the extortionate bill of over 140 euros for 4 people for basically no food and we left...we arived at 7PM and we did niot leave the place until 9:25PM!!!!!

We all decided there and then that we wont be back unless some significant changes are made .
