The "Kiviet"(this is the Dutch name, because I don’t know it in English) is a common bird in this area.
It builds its nest in the farm fields and forage in the neighborhood of their nest.
It is a pleasure for the eyes when you see the bird gliding through the air.

It’s an 18,75 meters high tower in the middle of the forest.
When you’re on top of it, you overlook the forest and can see a sea of green.

In this area you can find several well marked hiking trails.
You can find the hiking or topographic maps at the local tourist office.
They only cost one euro and you can walk for hours without getting lost.
