Drietap

De Brugse Bierkaai is a home brewery that brews four different beers. When sitting in the cafe, you can see the brewery.
It is possible to do a tour of the brewery, after which you get a free "Drietap". Literally 3 beers that are tapped at the same time in 3 glasses and served on a special plate (see picture). There's one unfiltered blond beer, one unfiltered dark beer and one special cuvée beer.
You can drink AND eat at De Brugse Bierkaai. Dishes are prepared with home made beers.

This brewery was founded in 1856 and it is here where the "Straffe Hendrik" is brewed. It is possible to have a guided visit to learn more about production methods and the history of the brewery, or just enjoy the beer in their cosy taproom.

The beer is actually brewed elsewhere nowadays but you can take a tour of the brewery museum (The price of a beer) and get a free drink afterwards. Alternatively just pop in for a drink. It's very popular at weekends for meals but I think it closes quite early.
