As it was getting close to lunchtime, we began checking out menus posted at the different restaurants, and we all decided on the MINNEWATER as it had the best variety to please all five of us, which believe me is no small task. I do remember that Hans and I had Pannekoeken ( Dutch pancakes) as this was a treat for us and I remember that the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere.

Salad of Goat Cheese and bacon with honey of lavender. Cost 12 euros.
Fresh poached Salmon with Salad.
cost 16 euros
Symphny of 3 fantasies with Salmon.
cost 14.50 euros
Sole baked and baked patatoes. cost 22.50 euros.
We only went to the terrace of this restaurant for a drink. It's was nice and quiet and luckily not too many tourists found their way here!
